Keep Your Carbs Under 100 Grams
One way to lose weight is by restricting your carbohydrate intake to no more than 100 grams of carbohydrates. This is not as extreme a diet, but it will definitely lead to better results than most other diets. By reducing your carb intake, you will also reduce "carb bloat" which means you will retain less water and see some instant results within the first few days.
Keep Your Carbs Under 50 Grams
If you really want to take it to the next level, try bringing your carbohydrate intake down to 50 grams a day. If you do this, you're going to have to substitute healthy fats into your diet to make up for the calories you won't be getting from carbs. This is also going to be quite a bit more challenging to maintain, but the results will come a lot quicker.
Keep Your Carbs Under 10 Grams
Ok, if you get to this range, you're basically looking at a diet such as Atkins or the CKD in which carbs are all but restricted and all you should be eating is foods high in fat and protein. This is by far the best diet for losing weight quickly as the less carbs you intake, the more your body turns itself into a fat burning machine since fat is all it has to use up for energy.
